4 lessons - There will be one or two videos to watch each week where I will discuss the subjects listed below. After watching the videos, there will be a simple ARTsignment for you to enjoy creating at your leisure. No artistic training is needed! We will use simple items found in dollar stores and then just let the fun happen. We will make our hearts smile!

 

Week 1 - Battling Your Inner Critic (Stop that inner voice that tells you you can't do it.)

Week 2 - Feeling Gratitude (Stop depression in its tracks by recognizing the good things in life.)

              Activity: Small gratitude journal

 

Week 3 - Choose To Love Yourself (You aren't crazy. The rest of the world is!)

              Activity: Easy Zetti self-portrait

 

Week 4 - Connection! (Let's find like-minded people.)

              Activity: Make an art friend
